I love your little notepad! Did you find it online, or make it yourself? I really have to learn how to do things like that!
I write my food down too, it is a great way to notice when you have slip ups and when you are doing really well, I don't write my exercise down though I think I will now it is a good idea a record of my diet and exercise I should be able to lose weight fast
