day-to-day


Yesterday was pretty good, I'm glad we made it to the gym last night. This is my new dailies sheet for keeping track of food and exercise.

hey, that's a pretty cool chart there. writing down food is always a good way to keep yourself conscientious about your food choices

I write my food down too, it is a great way to notice when you have slip ups and when you are doing really well, I don't write my exercise down though I think I will now it is a good idea a record of my diet and exercise I should be able to lose weight fast
