Eggs are absolutely super... I wish I could have my favourite egg-y dish when I'm dieting, unfortunately, about 40% of mashed egg and butter is well, butter :(

I sometimes eat something very similiar to this. The only change I make to this is the turkey bacon. I replace it with canadian bacon. The turkey bacon has a little more flavor. A great breakfast especially one the go!
